Public Filings:
Geneva Rock is required to file with various government divisions in order to operate. These records are public.
Division of Oil, Gas, and Mining (DOGM):
The DOGM of Utah has an online database of all of the required Permits, Notice of Intents, Inspection Reports, Annual Reports, Reclamation Contracts, Public Comment Records, and more.

This document is the “bible” if you will of this operation as it pertains to government filings and is over 350 pages long. It contains project background, owner/operator information, maps, drawings, operation plans including what will be mined and how, operation practices, impact statements and studies, reclamation plans, environmental reports, soil analysis, and a LOT more. If you want to educate yourself about this operation, at least skim through this document.
